In the Food Safety department by

Shadow Frontline Operations: Observe DC receivers, selectors, and packers to review real-time food safety controls. Audit Document Accuracy: Compare current SOPs, WIs, and policies (cold-chain, temperature monitoring, sanitation, FSMA 204 traceability) against actual practices. Identify Operational Discrepancies: Flag unofficial workarounds, outdated procedures, and unnecessary operational friction. Assess Risk & Recommend Revisions: Evaluate safety risks and recommend policy updates or staff retraining. Audit Matrix Deliverable: Build a "Policy vs. Practice" Gap Analysis Matrix for QA leadership review. Develop Micro-Learning Content: Create visual job aids, digital quizzes, and short video storyboards from complex SOPs.​​
