Summer Associate Internship (Experience Analyst)

Join our team as a Summer Associate – Experience Analyst and get hands-on experience solving real business problems, working alongside experienced professionals, and helping improve the products, processes, and experiences that ensure a consistent and frictionless member experience. This is an opportunity to see how ideas move from concept, analysis, solution and delivery in a fast-paced financial services and technology environment.

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

As an Experience Analyst Summer Associate, you’ll become part of the team. Your

experience may include

• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to make them

simpler, faster, and more effective

• Working with product, technology, operations, and other teams to understand

business needs and challenges

• Assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements

• Using data and research to uncover insights and support recommendations

• Helping map member and employee experiences and identify opportunities for

improvement

• Participating in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, brainstorming, and

solution-design discussions

• Supporting testing and implementation of new products, features, or

technology

• Creating dashboards, presentations, process maps, and other materials used to

communicate recommendations

• Learning how large organizations manage projects, technology, risk,

operations, and change
