Join us as a Human Resources Student for our Atlantic Canada district, within our Canadian Buildings sector for 4 months starting January 2027. Depending on your assigned project as a Human Resources Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

Assisting with professional development initiatives including coordinating internal training and assisting with course set-up. Assisting with the maintenance of the applicant tracking system, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, and performing reference checks. Assisting with the preparation for new employee and new student orientations. Providing administrative support for the employee career management process. Assisting with the organization of Health & Wellness events and initiatives. Assisting with the implementation of various HR initiatives and projects. Updating and generating month
