Qorvo’s Technology Development Internships are offered in our Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include

Learn and conduct development activities for transistor design and fabrication. Data collection via various lab bench tools. Data analysis using software such as Data Brix, JMP, Spotfire, or Excel. Device Characterization and Lab Test measurements. Experimental design and hands on validation. One or more projects in areas involving Transistor Layout, Epi characterization, Device characterization, test plan development.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related fields, Minimum 3.0 GPA. Semiconductor Device Physi
