We partner with and look for technology companies across a large spectrum of industries and business models. Our typical investment range is €10m to €30m, focusing on Minority and Majority deals. We incorporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics into our investment process and throughout the monitoring of our portfolio.

Job Description

Based in Berlin, the intern will be part of the investment team and will be supervised by 9 investors in London, Paris, Berlin and Munich. She or he will be fully involved in all steps of the investment process.

Key contributions include

Sourcing: in-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation in industry forums and tech-related events. Assistance in the investment process: market review, work with industry experts, financial analysis and modelling, participation in meetings with companies, advisors, and partners, preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee. Assistance in the fundraising process: preparation and update of presentation materials, sourcing of potential LPs, drafting of follow-up emails. Preparation of weekly meetings: deal flow review, new investment opportunities, and presentation of analyses carried out. Portfolio support: work with and help support the entrepreneurs and teams of our portfolio companies. ESG support: make sure ESG processes and criteria are integrated all along the investment cycle and promoted among portfolio companies.
