Ryan's EAP Business Solutions team is looking for curious, motivated individuals who are excited by the potential of artificial intelligence and technology to solve real business problems.

As an AI-Enabled Business Solutions Intern, you will work alongside colleagues across Business Solutions, technology teams and the wider business to help identify, develop, test and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes and user experiences.

This is a 6–12-month internship, based in either our Manchester or London office, designed to provide practical, hands-on experience across AI, automation, data, process improvement and project delivery. You will work on real business challenges, collaborate with stakeholders across Ryan and, as your skills and confidence develop, take increasing ownership of solutions and project activities.

The internship is designed for both recent graduates and university students undertaking a placement year. There may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent position at Ryan following successful completion of the internship, subject to individual performance and business requirements.

You do not need to be an AI expert when you join us. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, an interest in technology and the ability to learn quickly.
