Customer Service Intern

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the customer service team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Assist with customer inquiries, order tracking, and follow-up communication. Help maintain and update customer records, documents, and reports. Support the preparation of presentations, summaries, and internal documentation. Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and service-related activities. Participate in training sessions and gain exposure to customer service processes within Vehicle Lifetime Solutions. Work closely with different departments to build a broad understanding of the business. Your Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field or recently graduated. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks in a dynamic environment.
