Position Overview The Customer Service Intern provides exceptional service to customers while gaining hands-on experience supporting day-to-day customer operations across multiple product lines, including e-commerce, professional turf, and contract manufacturing. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, and other internal departments to answer questions, process orders, resolve issues, and support daily administrative tasks. Through these experiences, the intern will develop a strong understanding of customer relationship management, order fulfillment processes, enterprise systems, and the importance of delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced business environment.
