Responsibilities

State Farm is looking for a graduate student interested in conducting associate and organizational research to join the Organizational Insights Research team for a year-long internship that consists of full-time role in the summer and a part-time role during the fall and spring semesters. We have a long tradition of utilizing research in our business practices. The Organizational Insights team currently consists of 15 researchers with Industrial/Organizational, Organizational Development, and/or statistical backgrounds. Our team focuses on behavior and performance of associates, behavior and performance of State Farm as an organization, opinions and input of associates, and the interface of humans with products and services. The team provides decision makers with consultation and data-driven insights about factors that impact associate performance in support of strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Candidates should be current graduate students in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology program or related field from June 2027 to May 2028.
