Responsibilities

You will work alongside current UX Research professionals to design and conduct user research for a wide range of software and non-software products. Research will take place in partnership with developers and designers. Research areas including customer digital experiences on Statefarm.com®, mobile apps, as well as business tools that are used by our sales force and employees. Work in a team environment to conduct user-centered research (e.g., ethnography, concept testing, task analysis, conceptual design, iterative usability testing, and assessment usability testing) to guide the design, selection, and refinement of products and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You Can Expect

Date: The summer internship will occur between June 2, 2027 - August 11, 2027. Hours: 38.75 hours/week. Location: Bloomington, IL, Dunwoody, GA Hybrid Work arrangement: Interns will have the opportunity to interact in-office and virtually. This internship also offers a remote option for the right candidate! Pay: $32.50/hour Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a $2000.00 stipend!
