Labcorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategy Intern to join our team at in Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule! Job Responsibilities Support the activation of Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition across priority recruitment channels. Develop employee stories, testimonials, and reusable employer brand content. Review external trends and peer practices to identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction and digital reach. Audit and update recruiter job aids, process documentation, screenshots, and SharePoint resources. Convert existing training recordings into concise, task-based learning content. Support Talent Acquisition data analysis, KPI reporting, and the identification of data gaps. Assist with mapping Talent Acquisition workflows and researching practical approaches to measuring quality of hire. Support administrative activity - Activation of contingent profiles in Fieldglass; Troubleshoot error logs: Manage WD Inbox: Oversee GTA Sharepoint site.
